Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SCHWEPE website at https://schwepe.meme and its subdomains (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What SCHWEPE is

SCHWEPE ($SCHWEPE) is a community memecoin on the XRP Ledger, created as a cultural tribute. The Site is an informational dashboard: it displays publicly available on-chain data, market figures, and links. It is not an exchange, broker, wallet, or financial service, and it does not custody funds or execute transactions.

The team behind this Site did not create, issue, or launch the $SCHWEPE token. This is a Community Take Over (CTO): community members acquired existing circulating supply on the open market and run this informational Site. We make no claim to have originated the token and have no special control over it.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. $SCHWEPE has no intrinsic value and no expectation of financial return. Memecoins are extremely high risk and you may lose the entire amount you spend. Always do your own research and verify the official issuer address on-chain before transacting.

3. No affiliation

SCHWEPE is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ripple, the XRP Ledger Foundation, David Schwartz, Matt Furie, or any other individual or entity referenced on the Site. References, names, and likenesses are used as good-faith tribute, commentary, and parody.

4. Third-party content and links

The Site embeds and links to third-party services (for example DexScreener, OpenSea, and XRP Ledger explorers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

5. No warranties

The Site and all data on it are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. On-chain and market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project, its contributors, and operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, or data, arising from or related to your use of the Site or reliance on any information on it.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure;
• scrape, mirror, or misrepresent the Site in a misleading way; or
• impersonate the project or imply an affiliation that does not exist.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
